High Profile Turntable Stretch Wrapping Machine System Components:
Stretch Wrapper with Scale combines stretch wrapping and weighing into one operation by integrating a precision scale and digital controls in to the high profile turntable or low profile semi-automatic stretch wrapper. By combining the two functions into one, increases efficiency and productivity to any machine stretch wrapping operation requiring weighing. The pallet load is placed onto the turntable of the stretch wrapping machine by means of a pallet lifter or fork truck. The machine operator attaches the film to the pallet load and starts the stretch wrapping cycle. When the wrap cycle is complete, the operator manually tears the film and attaches the tail to the wrapped load unless equipped with Auto Film Tear option. The operator can either simply check the pallet weight from the easy to read digital scale readout or have a shipping label automatically printed with the pallet weight and apply this pressure sensitive label to the pallet then it can be removed from the turntable.

Two Station Automatic Conveyor Stretch Wrapper is an automated stretch wrapping system that increases forklift operator productivity. The forklift operator simply loads the pallet on a powered conveyor and the stretch wrapping process is performed automatically, thereby reducing the need to handle a load more than once.
This Automatic Conveyor Stretch Wrapper is a heavy-duty platform-turntable stretch wrapper designed to operate as a stand-alone unit or as an integral component of an automated production line.
This type of stretch wrapper significantly increases forklift operator productivity. This Two Station turntable stretch wrap machine is completely accessible to forklift operators without getting off the forklift, thereby reducing the need to handle a load more than once. The forklift places the pallet onto the powered infeed conveyor and activates the system from a remote pendant with an emergency stop feature or the pallet can be automatically conveyed from a palletizer. On activation from the forklift operator or by a sensor input, the pallet is transferred from the infeed conveyor and is automatically situated onto the turntable conveyor for the wrapping sequence. A new load may be placed on the infeed conveyor once the load has indexed onto the turntable conveyor. When the wrapping cycle is complete, the film is clamped, cut and wiped pneumatically, or the optional Film Tail Handling System automatically clamps, cuts, ropes, ties and secures the film to the pallet, leaving no film tail to worry about.
