High Profile Pallet Wrapper

High Profile Pallet Wrapper designed for forklift loading and automatic stretch wrapping of pallets. The forklift driver loads the pallet high profile turntable, attaches the film on to the pallet, pushes the start button and returns to the forklift. The stretch wrap machine will automatically wrap the pallet load. When the wrap sequence is finished, the film tail can be manually or automatically cut and tacked to the pallet to finish the process. This is a heavy-duty "American Made" system that can be outfitted with many additional features to create a custom stretch wrapping solution for any application.

This video shows a pallet of beverage bottles being stretch wrapped. Notice how the film delivery system compensates for uneven pallet loads and sharp corners so the film does not tear when being stretched at 200% of normal. The wrap sequence (number/overlap of wraps around the pallet) is programmable and can be stored in machine memory for creating custom pallet wrapping programs when more than one pallet configuration is being produced. A sensor detects the height of the load which allows for different heights of similar products to share a single program and be automatically compensated for without the operators need for intervention.
