How the Two Station Automatic Conveyor Stretch Wrapper operates- This Two Station Automatic Stretch Wrapper system dramatically increases forklift operator productivity. The loading and unloading conveyor areas of stretch wrapper are completely accessible to forklift operators. The forklift operator places the pallet onto the powered infeed conveyor and activates the system from a remote pendant. On activation, the pallet is transferred automatically from the infeed conveyor on to the turntable conveyor for the wrapping sequence. A new load may be placed on the infeed conveyor once the load has indexed onto the turntable conveyor. When the wrapping cycle is complete, the film is clamped, cut and wiped pneumatically, or the optional Film Tail Handling System automatically clamps, cuts, ropes, ties and secures the film to the pallet, leaving no film tail to worry about.
