The Heavy-Duty Automatic Baggers come in two sizes. The Standard unit is designed for a wide variety of pouches or an Extra-large system is available for larger bags. Both systems can include MAP Gas Flush as an option. The Heavy-Duty models come with easy access doors to make change-overs and cleaning super accessible. The bag feeding magazine will hold up to 150 bags and can be reloaded while in operation, so there is no downtime.

The Heavy-Duty Automatic Bagger is shown producing 1 pound and 5 pound bags of Frozen Shrimp in a Stand-up Re-closable Pouch which has been gas flushed to preserve the shelf-life of the seafood. We have a Small Automatic Bagger for Non Wicketed Pre-Made Bags and Pouches, including stand-up, gusseted, pillow and flat bottom pouches with or without zipper closures.
The Small Automatic Bagger is full stainless steel construction to run both powder, non-powder food products and even liquid products. It will pull the bag from the loading magazine, open the bag, wait for fill and then seal the bag automatically.
