The Entry Level Automatic Bagger comes with a 6 foot stainless steel conveyor, has a PLC controller, integrated programming to signal the automatic filler for no-bag no-fill, digital heat seal control and all the required safety inter-locks and machine guarding. The video shows the "Wicketed" type polyethylene bag being opened and then filled with a Net-Weigh Linear Filler. This is a vegetable product that is then flushed with nitrogen gas flushed to create a Modified Atmospheric Package which will increase shelf-life of the product. The bag is then removed from the bag holder and sealed. The filled and sealed bag is then deposited on to a discharge conveyor for case packing. The bagging speed for this product is 15 bags per minute but the machine can reach speeds of up to 30 bags per minute in some cases.
