The Basic Two Station Blister Sealer is for short-run production or small companies looking for additional blister/clamshell output without the increased cost of rotary or inline sealers. The Basic Model has timed cycles for repeatability and built in safety features that you would expect in much more costly systems. These Two Station Basic Sealers operate with all of the usual blister pack and clamshell materials.

How a Two Station Blister Sealer Works: The operator loads the blister(s), product and card(s) into the seal tool, which is then slid into the machine, the 2-hand start buttons are depressed to initiate the timer controlled automatic cycle (seal times are normally 1-3 seconds). By pushing in one seal tool into the sealing area, the opposite seal tool is exposed to the second operator for them to load. When the second operator is finished loading the seal tool, they slide that tool into the sealing area. The first operator now has an exposed seal tool where they remove the sealed package(s) and the process is repeated.
