Semi-Automatic Net-Weigh Fillers are very easy to operate. Simply set the desired filling weight and method of operation, manual or semi-automatic. This is a great way to improve packaging speed over conventional hand filling for and very low capital investment.
Semi-Automatic Net-Weigh Fillers are expandable for future growth. These fillers can have extra weigh-buckets attached at a later date for increase filling speed or for product mixing. They come in two sizes, a filler for up to 5 pounds per weigh-bucket or the Heavy-Duty Semi-Automatic Net-Weigh Filler for filling up to 50 pounds.
How these machine operate is that once a predetermined weight is achieved, that precise amount of product will be dispensed in to a bag, bucket, jar, can or case. This net-weigh filling system will reduce waste and increase filling efficiency over manually hand filling these types of packages.
Semi-Automatic Net-Weigh Fillers can be used as a standalone table top model (shown above) or be supplied with a stand, incline conveyor with large hopper and conveyor (shown farther down the page). The versatility of these semi-automatic fillers also allow for integration with other packaging equipment such as a vertical bagger or horizontal pouch machine.
