The Automatic Heavy-Duty Shrink Wrap Machine can be specified as a continuous motion or intermittent motion machine depending on speed requirements. These large format machines can produce any of three types of packages at up to 40 per minute. The package types produced include a bottom overlap seal with "bulls-eye" ends, a totally enclosed package with bottom overlap seal and "natural enclosure" side seals or a bottom overlap seal with "trimmed" side seals for large or oversized products.

Semi-Automatic Heavy-Duty Shrink Wrap Machine is for lower speed shrink wrapping applications. This Heavy-Duty Shrink Wrap Machine uses an L-Bar configuration and produces a totally enclosed shrink wrap package at 5 to 6 packages per minute. These machines are often used in the packaging of windows and doors because they meet the speed requirements, are easy to operate and require a lower capital investment compared with other technologies.
