Clamshell Labelers are complete labeling systems which include the labeler, conveyor, sensors and controls in one easy to use package. The labeling heads are servo-driven and synchronized with the encoded conveyor drive. These Clamshell Labelers apply pressure sensitive labels and are super easy to operate, efficient and accurate in applying clear and opaque pressure sensitive labels. These labelers can be programmed to hold up to 50 recipes that are easily recalled through a simple to use operator touch screen. The Clamshell is conveyed on split dual table top conveyor belts. The gap between the belts is adjustable for different pressure sensitive label widths. The gap between the belts allows the labeling head to reach below the front opening of the clamshell and apply a "Seal Type Label" on a Clamshell. |
