How a Bench Top Blister Sealer Works: The operator loads the blister(s), product and card(s) into the seal tool, which is then slid into the machine, the 2-hand start buttons are depressed to initiate the timer controlled automatic cycle (seal times are normally 1-3 seconds), the tool is then pulled back, the sealed Blister Package(s) removed, and the process is repeated.

The Medical Grade Blister Sealer is a bench top heat sealer that is intended for low to medium production speed requirement medical applications. This is a shuttle type blister sealer which is made in the USA, features optional stainless steel construction, upgraded to clean room specifications and meet validation protocols. The system will produce high-quality seals with all of the standard blister/clamshell materials such as well as Tyvek, foils, thin plastic and laminated film lidstocks. This machine is available with UHMWPE/Aluminum and Silicone Seal Tools. This system can be validated and customized as needed.
